Phase One
The first phase focuses on personal development, where Hermanos pursue scholarship to:
  1. Cultivate curiosity
  2. Think critically
  3. Discover oneself
  4. Develop values
  5. Appreciate different perspectives
  6. Behave ethically
  7. Gain independence
  8. Hone a craft
  9. Lead by example
  10. Advance society

Phase Two
The second phase of our scholarship strategy is centered on enabling Hermanos with the resources necessary to pursue their educational goals. This is achieved through the implementation of the Jose Chiu Scholarship Fund, an annual scholarship that rewards exemplary Hermanos.
Phase Three
The third phase of the fraternity’s scholarship approach focuses on networking and shared learning. This is accomplished via the formation of the Ayllu – a network of professionals dedicated to the mastery of a discipline. The Ayllu allows Hermanos to:​
  1. Connect and interact with members following the same career path
  2. Gain exposure and experience within the field
  3. Share knowledge and best practices
  4. Discover opportunities for career advancement
